Bearing inserts
NBC stocks a vast range of bearing inserts, predominantly in the TR brand. However, we have an extensive computer database that allows us to talk to you in the "European" or "Japanese" numbering systems (e.g RHP NP25 = UCP 205)
Bearing inserts are normally fixed to the shaft by means of 2 grubscrews. However, various other locking mechanisms such as single and double eccentric locking collars, inserts with tapered bore and sleeve or the SKF Concentra locking system exist.
NBC usually supplies inserts with the standard single seal which is adequate for normal operating conditions. For more arduous conditions we hold stock of the TRIPLE-LIP seal which offers outstanding sealing performance.
