A portable 3.6kVA heater in a handy carrying case, ideal for service engineers working on site. Now includes 5 yokes diameter 7, 10, 14, 20 and 40mm and shoulder strap.

BETEX 24 RLD Turbo heater

BETEX Impact fitting tools

2 sets suitable for ± 375 or 600 bearings from bore Ø 10mm - Ø 50 or 60 mm

Safe, precise and fast mounting with no metal to metal contact , no more damage to shafts, bearing houses or sealing rings thus extending the life cycle of bearings. The impact resistant plastic collets are made of unbreakable sheet material, contrary to easily breaking injection moulded collets. Collets are clearly marked to avoid mistakes.

WHY USE INDUCTION HEATING?
Induction heating is a superior, fast and controlled heating method. It is a safe and environmentally friendly alternative compared to traditional heating methods such as ovens, oil baths or blow torches. These methods create smoke, fumes or oil waste and are hazardous for personal health and safety.

Choose from our wide range of Standard and Turbo models. The New Generation TURBO heaters have the additional advantage of a low energy consumption (max. 12 kVA) combined with a high output.

FOR BEARINGS AND OTHER COMPONENTS
Bega induction heaters are versatile and can also be used for heating of gear wheels, bushes, couplings etc. It is common knowledge that a correct mounting method extends bearing life.
Controlled induction heating prevents unnecessary damage, and retains original pre-lubrication. Induction heaters are ideal for sealed bearings (2RS-ZZ).

SAFE AND CONTROLLED HEATING
Digital electronics provide optimal control during the heating process and automatically select the most efficient power supply to ensure a balanced and fast heating. No extra steps are necessary. Explosive heating is impossible (no discoloration or pitting of material).
