Rack & Pinion
We stock a comprehensive range of metric spur gear rack (20 deg pressure angle) suitable for continuous mounting, as well as the associate pinions.
Manufactured in C40 steel, the racks exhibit a single pitch tolerance of +/-20 micron, or +/- 30 micron over a 500mm length. Standard lengths of 500mm, 1000mm, 2000mm and 3000mm with gear modules from 1 to 6 are available.
