56mm Solid Light X14 Series slewing rings

A solid section crossed roller version of the standard Light Series ball bearings, this series maintains a constant section height of 56mm across the full diameter range yet the bearings have 14mm cylindrical rolling elements instead of  20mm balls. A solid section ring improves the load carrying capacity and the torsional rigidity of the bearing.

The NBC bearings feature location diameters machined into either inner and/or outer ring. This ensures any radial load is passed through to the bearing housing rather than depend on the shear strength of the bolts alone. NB> Tolerances vary between brands.

While the INA bearings have a light preload (typically 0.01-0.05mm max.), the NBC units have a small axial and radial clearance (0.05-0.22mm max).

The bearings are normally stocked in 50Mn steel but we can offer in 42CrMo4 should the application demand this.
